I’m gonna give a five star review because honestly, I love this salon and my nail tech always does a fantastic job with my nails. I’ve been getting dedicated dip manicures at this same salon for the past almost 4 years. That being said, the front desk staff is not always the most friendly. Honestly, I don’t expect everyone to be super nice and friendly all the time, so that’s fine. I’d say for the most part they are pleasant or neutral, but, for example, the last time I was in, I misunderstood what they were asking about seating my friend and I together and the young lady at the desk rolled her eyes at us? Not cool, especially considering it was a very simple, otherwise friendly, and easily managed interaction. I’m sure they see all sorts of kookoo crazies come through all the time, but a little bit of grace goes a long way for the rest of us. Like I said, I love the nail salon. They have the COMFIEST massage chairs for pedicures, and my nail tech does a FANTASTIC job on my nails every single time. I’ve recommended this place to several friends and insist that we go to this salon when friends want to meet up for manicures or pedicures. Heck, I even get my eyebrows done when I come in and am happy with that service. Maybe just be a little bit nicer to sensitive little souls like myself ha.
