John went out of his way to offer my son a hair cut, he is 3 and Autistic. Normally it’s a fight trying to get my son to participate in getting his hair cut. He always gets over stimulated, scared and sometimes we have to quite half way through the cut. John made us feel comfortable, he was patient and understanding over my little guys feelings. This time we left with a full haircut and a pleasant time.

I came to see Anne today. Haven’t seen her since 2021 just moved back to Reno and I can’t even begin to tell you how happy she makes me feel and how pretty she makes me look. She is my favorite. She’s very professional does an amazing job and just the best hairdresser I’ve ever met in my whole entire life. I love her to pieces. Thank you for the color before my trip to Florida on Monday. You never disappoint. Well, today is September 5, 2025. I guess I forgot to Push the button to post. I’ve been coming to see Anne ever since the last post up above and completely makes this location. Amazing. She’s a great person. The most amazing personality. I just love her thank you and for everything that you do.

Ann is the best! I’ve been going to her for over 15 years, and I trust her completely with my hair. I keep things simple — a trim and shampoo — and with Ann, I know I’m in good hands, which hasn’t always been the case elsewhere. I tell her to cut what needs to go and no more, and she truly listens. When she suggests taking a little extra to clean up the ends, I know it will be exactly that — not an unexpected three inches. Her skill, consistency, and respect make every visit easy and relaxing. ✨
