Natalie is a pro. I was getting a perm and cut, going from "straight", shoulder-length hair, to curly nape-length hair with several layers. I have fine hair. She instinctively knew I needed to add height and asked if I wanted my ears covered or not. I hadn't thought of that. I am 72 and wear hearing aides. So, yes I wanted my ears covered. Natalie is personable, is accommodating to seniors' needs/comfort, and succeeds at accomplishing the goal to perfection!
