I cannot recommend Sol Massage & Spa enough! The best massage of my life! I was in need of a deep tissue massage after a week of skiing in Breck. From the moment I walked in, I felt an immediate sense of calm. Full disclosure, they do make you leave your shoes out in the hallway. This was a little odd for me initially, but as you entered the space, it's easy to understand why they make this ask. The spa itself is incredibly clean, professional, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. It’s clearly a space designed with the client’s comfort as the top priority. They do provide slip-on sandals for those that do not want to walk around the spa barefoot, which is a really nice touch. **Laura** is truly a master of her craft. Her expertise and skill are evident from the first minute; she has an intuitive way of finding exactly where you’re holding tension from skiing and working it out with incredible precision. Beyond her technical ability, Laura brings such a wonderful, positive vibe to the session. She is professional, deeply caring, and takes the time to listen to your needs, ensuring the experience is tailored perfectly to you. It is rare to find a therapist who combines such high-level skill with genuine heart. If you are looking for a massage that is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing, do yourself a favor and book with Laura. I’m already looking forward to my visit next season!

Honestly the best massage I ever had!! Such an amazing experience from start to finish. The space was clean, calming, and welcoming. I had Michelle as my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing! She really listened to what areas I needed focused on and adjusted the pressure perfectly. I walked out feeling so relaxed and tension-free. I will definitely be coming back!!!
