Ely seems to be the most professional hair stylist I've seen in years. She's very focused on details and knows what and where to do to have the best results. She can "argue" with you where she knows that you'll look worse if she'll follow that your instruction. I'm not kidding. She has a very professional attitude towards the results. Managers - she's your jewel. Elizabeth, please don't change the approach to your job even if people don't appreciate it ! You definitely know better than they do.
