I had such a wonderful experience at this tanning salon. I had seen Amy several times before, but this was the first time we really interacted. She was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond explaining all the services they offer for my daughter-in-law and me. She made sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything — Amy gave us all the information and allowed us to decide what membership worked best for us. We went home, thought about it, and came back two days later. When we returned, Amber was there with Amy, and she took the time to show me and demonstrate exactly how to use everything step by step. That meant so much because it made us feel comfortable and confident.The customer service from both Amy and Amber was outstanding from start to finish. We left feeling informed, supported, and excited about our new membership. Highly recommend!

The 31-W STC is the BEST!!! Friendly, knowledgable, and treats ALL custom like people. They have all of the Best Spa equipment and it is extremely relaxing. Amy and Amber are so sweet and always helpful!! My favorite location!!

I’ve been using this salon for years, and the staff service is beyond excellent! Alaina S., always greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel so welcome. The staff is very knowledgeable in their products and services and I never feel pressured or pushed to purchase anything that I do not need or want at the time. The vibe she and her staff implement to their clients is superb! I prefer this salon over others in our town based on customer service alone: thank you for all that you do!
