Greeted upon arrival, no appointment at time of arrival, provided estimated time. I was shorted that quoted 15-25 minutes. Stylist took their time with others waiting to ask questions did not rush the haircut. Cost was reasonable at $24. Will go back again.

This visit, I was requesting a root touch-up, a highlight, and a trim. Seeking to eliminate golden blonde for a beach blonde. Luisa provided expert consultation prior to service, discussing color options to reach my desired color. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and she provided excellent customer service!
