Jenny was so amazing. Best hairdresser I’ve ever had. She explained things to me and asked really great questions. She didn’t try to push anything I didn’t want, she was nice and gave me product suggestions. I’m definitely coming to her next time I need a cut.

I'm very unhappy with your manager there and your rewards program. I wanted to redeem my points for $10.00 off since they are going to expire on 12/11 but your manager told me that I can only get $5.00 off. Howver, the email you sent me on Oct 12 said that I can redeem 200 points for $10.00 off by Dec 11. I still have that email if you want to see it. If this is the way you are going to handle your customers then I don't think I will ever come back after being a loyal customer for over 20 years.

Kristine cut my hair in like 15 minutes and she did a very good job refreshing it all and removing the dry ends. She gave me very useful tips on how to make the curls more vibrant by adding leave in conditioner and a little bit of hair oil in my hair every day.

Me and my kiddo both go there. Today we were both changing our looks a bit. Mine was looking a little uneven and definitely in need of a trim. Got a shaved side. Only had one reference pic that I couldn’t find the back of but Jenny improvised and made it look really cute. My hair is super fine, thin, mostly straight with a hint of wave and can be a pain to make look good so yay! The kiddo is 6 and her hair couldn’t be more different from mine. She had long thick curls. We thought she wanted a trim but she surprised us by looking at photos for inspiration and picking a serious chop. We triple checked that was what she wanted but let her do what felt like her. Didn’t catch her stylist’s name but she did a great job making it look just like the picture. And at making her feel comfy (or “Comfty” as the kiddo says it). Even though she’s had haircuts, she’s always afraid it will hurt, she wasn’t nervous at all.
