My homegirl and I went in today for a cut and color. Tori did my two tone and butterfly cut. She did an amazinggg job! My hair is extremely long and she didn’t butcher the length. she was diligent, asked a lot of questions about what I wanted done and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted with her professional advice. She 10/10 delivered. Mel did my friends hair she went from a brown to a red and she gave her a beautiful rich red and butterfly cut. She looks 10/10 as well. I highly recommend tangles from the atmosphere to the staff it was a great experience.

Had a great first time appt with April G. She did highlights and a cut for me. She was on time, professional and nice. The service was excellent so I’ll be going back. The total cost was less than my previous salon by $60. The only downside is it’s a 30 minute drive - but worth it. Thanks Tangles!

I had a hair appointment with Shelby! She was awesome! Super friendly, professional, listened to what I wanted went over colors, gave me suggestions for a healthy cut length (and was NOT scissor happy!) 2" was 2". I'm definitely going back!

Shelby is truly the most amazing hair stylist I have ever had. She is kind hearted, fun to talk to, and somehow makes the time in the chair fly by. It always feels like I am in and out because she creates such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. She is incredibly strategic, fast, and talented, and I absolutely love what she does with my hair. Part of me wants to gatekeep her because she is that good, but she deserves all the credit in the world. The vibe in this salon is something you do not see often. It is the complete opposite of the mean girl or stuffy salon culture that so many places have. It feels warm and welcoming, and I have never experienced anything like it. I feel accepted and not judged, and it is a breath of fresh air every single time I walk in. I do not know if Shelby will ever see this herself, but she deserves a massive raise. She has changed my confidence and my life through her work, and the impact even carries into my own job and the way I connect with others. She is truly the best, and I will not go anywhere else.
