It is because I saw Nicole's work that I wanted to get my first tattoo in my 50s! Her art and color work is amazing! She is so nice, patient AND as talented as you could ever want. I have spent 31 in advertising; I know color and composition. The entire experience start to finish was 100% pleasant. My tattoo is healing perfectly. I booked my 2nd tattoo on my way out the door!

Her linework is clean, the shading is smooth, and the details she puts into every piece are next level. You can tell she truly cares about her craft and takes the time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. The shop is comfortable, professional, and welcoming, and Nicole’s creativity and skill made the whole process easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a talented artist who delivers flawless black and grey work, I can’t recommend Nicole enough. She crushed it!

I am absolutely obsessed with the spine tattoo that Alyx created for me. Her artwork is unbelievably beautiful, detailed, and thoughtful. She was so patient with me in the designing process to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Alyx was so caring during the inking process making sure I was comfortable at all times. She uses soothing oils and sprays to keep discomfort at a minimum. She is super kind and funny and makes you feel very at ease. She is highly trained and it absolutely shows in her work. The shop is cute, clean and welcoming. I already booked my next appointment. I would highly recommend Alyx at The Black Rose for your next tattoo. 100% Amazing Experience.
