Customer Reviews for The Indianapolis Lice Nanny
Happy Customer — 5/5 (via Google)
We had an amazing experience with the Lice Nanny. After discovering a nit at 5:30 on a Sunday night, we were in panic mode. However, the Lice Nanny was able to get us in that night and clear us for school the next day. Raquel was so kind and we so appreciated her giving up part of her Sunday evening to save us. She was so thorough in getting everything out, and we had no issues going forward! Erin was very responsive through texts when questions came up over the week. The peace of mind was so worth the cost of treatment versus doing it yourself at home and hoping for the best!

The Lice Nanny was able to get us right in and our technician, Shannon, helped ease my anxiety. She was understanding and reassuring. The take home kit instructions are clear and helpful. I only wish I would have realized this place existed before trying to treat our family myself! Well worth the trip!!

The Lice Nanny has excellent service. Found lice in my daughter's hair and had an appointment an hour later. Shannon took care of the lice and was great to work with. She was extremely friendly with my kids. I would highly recommend Lice Nanny.

Outstanding service! When we got the call about lice - I had a meltdown and was overwhelmed with how time consuming it would be to clean every inch of our home while also removing EVERY nit from EVERY strand of hair AND washing everything in hot water and high heat. Fortunately my husband discovered The Lice Nannies! After attempting a Nix treatment, I still didn’t feel confident I got everything out of our hair. I needed a professional! I received a response to my email to The Lice Nannies within the hour and my daughter and I were able to be seen the next morning! Lauren was absolutely amazing! She was very personable and answered all of the questions I had and reassured me I would not need to wash everything in our house in hot water that we ever touched. She confidently confirmed we would be non-contagious as soon as the oil hit our hair. She thoroughly combed the oil in and said we could return back to normal activities that night! I cannot recommend The Lice Nannies enough! Save yourself the stress, meltdown, and panic because it is not worth losing sleep, school, and work over. I will sleep well tonight knowing how thorough the treatment was!

What a life saver this service is! I texted late Saturday and they got us in first thing Sunday morning. They were very thorough and explained everything, I learned way too much about lice! Reasonable pricing compared to other places I’ve heard of. Don’t skip out on this service if you think you or your family have lice.
