My tech was very sweet and she did a great job! However I noticed it was very quiet in there. She mentioned that clientele has gone down. I know the economy plays a part and people are doing their own nails more, but for $70 for gel polish seems very extreme. If your pricing was more reasonable and realistic to what people can afford on a regular basis, you might have more clientele again. Just some friendly advice.

I have been a loyal Nail Lounge customer for years! Michelle has been doing my pedicures and Jade is my nail tech. I LOVE them both and always get the best treatment every time. I’m simple and usually do the same color every time and neither one of them make me feel bad for it. They know me well and usually have the colors ready for me. Every person here is so pleasant and friendly. This is how I spoil myself monthly and the staff makes it so enjoyable. Thank you Nail Lounge for incredible service and impeccable work! 🩷

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Nail Lounge off Pecos and Higley! I’ve been coming here for almost 8 years, and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The owners are absolutely fantastic, and every single nail technician is amazing at what they do. They are always welcoming, kind, and take their time to make sure everything is done perfectly.
