I’ve just had a fabulous appointment with Mimi. She was so helpful with my very weak nails spending time explaining how to care for them. Followed by the perfect gel manicure. I’m sad I don’t live closer to visit more frequently. Hopefully see you next year when we are back on holiday

I had my first appointment at The One Nail Bar this morning and I am already excited to go back. I am relatively new to getting my nails done so have tried a few different places and didn't really know what good nails looked like until today. My appointment was with Mi Mi who was so welcoming, friendly and informative! We had a lovely conversation while she was working with me, both about the appointment and just nice general chat. Unfortunately I had a fair bit of damage from previous appointments at other salons, so she worked with me to make my nails look as good as they could (they look incredible!). There are a few things that Mi Mi did that I didn't have with previous appointments, and they made all the difference! First she asked about what sort of shape and length I wanted. Working with less than healthy nails, she explained that it would be best to take some length off, but that she would use some other techniques to make them appear longer. Second, she actually spent a lot of time on cleaning up my cuticles and nail shape so they all looked as uniform as possible. Third, she explained absolutely everything she was doing, I found it so helpful! Finally she gave me some good advice about how to protect my nails at home between appointments, lots of these were common sense, but certainly not things I was already doing. Some of this I'm sure seems really basic, but they were missing from previous salon experiences. The overall finish is so much more even and polished than I have had before. There are so many options for salons in Malvern and the surrounding area, but it is so important to get the basics right, The One certainly does that (and all the extras too!)

First time here about 4 weeks ago now. Steve did my manicure and pedicure and the nails looked really great. His pedicure was superb! Steve really spent time on some hard skin on my feet, with precision znd just the right/perfect pressure! They feel and look so much better. The polish lasted fantastically especially given I had normal polish. Highly recommend. Also very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Bravo.

I got my nails done with Robyn and it was the nicest experience I have ever had with a nail bar. Robyn was so lovely and my nails came out so nice, because of the time she took to make sure I was happy. Robyn also made sure I was comfortable and aware of everything that she was doing, and also made the effort to explain the health of my nails. 10/10 recommend!!!

I had my first appointment at The One Nail Bar today with Mimi and what a lovely experience it was. Mimi is absolutely fantastic! My nails weren’t in the best condition walking in but Mimi explained the process of getting them back into good condition and they already look so much better. I’ve already booked to go back. Thank you again!
