I contacted the salon a few weeks ago to ask if they could help with a haircut for my 7-year-old autistic daughter, as previous appointments elsewhere had been very difficult due to her struggling to communicate and sit still. From the first conversation, the owner was incredibly understanding and supportive, helping us choose the right stylist and arranging a quieter appointment time. Today we visited and the experience was amazing. Callum was patient, kind, and explained every step in a way that helped my daughter feel safe and comfortable, she actually enjoyed her haircut! We felt so welcomed and supported from start to finish. I’m truly grateful to the whole team for their kindness and inclusivity. Highly recommend!

I had a blow dry with Maddie, firstly she was lovely and secondly very talented! I asked for a nice beach wave blow dry which is hard as my hair doesn’t like to hold the curls! Maddie used GHDs to curl my hair, by using small sections Maddie managed to not only curl my hair but it stayed! Even the next day my hair had a lovely wave. I would highly recommend The Pamper Lounge and Maddie!

I visited the salon for the first time last week and was really impressed with my highlights and blow dry by Calum. The colour is lovely, just what I wanted and the finish was perfect, especially as I was off out that night. I will definitely be back (booked in already) and I would highly recommend to anyone else.

Very much enjoyed my first appointment at The Pamper Lounge. Really warm, friendly atmosphere and LOVE my Balayage, its really lifted my hair. Felt thoroughly pampered! Highly recommend. Can't wait to return.

I managed to get a cancellation while visiting with my Mum for a much overdue haircut. First time I’d been to The Pamper Lounge. Well what a treasure in Callum, he is super lovely and within a few minutes it was like I’d known him a long time! Put me at ease, understood what I wanted and checked in with me throughout the haircut (I had at least 6 inches of hair cut off!). He blow dried my hair and it looked fab. Will definitely come back when I visit Mum, thank you Callum - you made my day!
