The staff was incredibly patient and took the time to fully understand my needs regarding hair donation. She handled my daughter’s haircut with great care and professionalism, making sure everything was done perfectly. The final cut looked beautiful, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the staff’s ( sorry i forgot the name n that was not good) kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This is my first visit to Thirty One and I had the lovely Jaymee! I had a wash cut and blow dry and she was so amazing, I have to be honest I have never ever had my hair cut and styled the way it was today. I’m so happy and really cannot take the smile off my face. I will definitely return to this salon and will definitely see Jaymee again!

Very happy with my appointment with Vicki today! Had a wash and cut, she took the time to ask me exactly how I wanted it and did it exactly how I had imagined, the exact length I wanted, my hair looks great and she cut and blended in my layers nicely so my curls are sitting very nice now. Also very friendly staff. New to the area so today was my first visit, I will come back again for my future cuts. Thank you!

Very welcoming and offered a beverage. First time visit after getting patch test and stand cut for dye test. Very informative . Had a lady named 'nicki' . I had months/years even of growth (roots) amd light ends, and she blended hair perfectly. Full Balayage. Listened to what i wanted with pictures. love the outcome. She was easy to talk to and no awkwardness in the hairdressers. Recommend. A hairdresser I feel comfortable with at last and can trust with my hair.
