I loved having my hair cut and blow dried here. Emma was amazing and cut my hair exactly as I asked and made sure I was getting what I wanted. She went over every step with me and then showed me how to style my hair the best way, so that I can replicate the same style at home. I highly recommend them they are the best hairdresser I have been to in a long time. I’ll be back again in a few weeks. Thank you.

I visited the salon for the first time today. From the booking of my daughter's appointment to attending the appointment today, everyone we have met at Thomas Herbert's has been so lovely and friendly, which put my daughter at complete ease. My daughter has some extra sensory needs; the ladies were so understanding of this, and they were really calm with her. My daughter finished her appointment with the biggest smile on her face and immediately said, "I'm coming back here." The way the ladies were with my daughter and the smile she had after her appointment told me that she got her hair the way she wanted. I have rebooked her straight away. I don't think my daughter would let me take her anywhere else now. I would just like to say thank you to all the ladies; you have all put a big smile on my daughter's face. We will see you for her next appointment.

Had my first visit to the salon today for a precision cut and finish and I was thrilled! All the staff are so lovely and welcoming.
