My wife and I took our 17 year old daughter to have her septum pierced by Ashley Jay yesterday. Ashley was beyond professional and did an amazing job. The office itself is clean and sanitizing guidelines were followed. We will definitely be returning customers as our daughter is already talking about a navel piercing 😭

Jake did my labret piercing I asked for, and not only was super safe and considerate, but was super on top of safety regulations. He made sure we got the piercing straight, quadruple checked if I was okay where it was at (we had to move the marker dot a couple of times), but generally was just an aging person to deal with the whole time. While the prices aren't cheap, they are absolutely worth it! Highly, highly recommend!

I have been to Timeless several times now 4 piercings and now for a tattoo and have always had a great experience. I've worked with Ashley Derrick and Shannon. Very clean and sterile, professional and seem like really good people. Not to mention they do amazing work. Ashley is very thorough she explains things very well she is very gentle. Derek is just the same I believe he's the manager or the owner and they do unbelievable work. I recently got a tattoo done by Shannon he did an amazing job also! I can't say enough about them I will continue to recommend them and go back if I need more work done.

Charlie has pierced my triple forward helix, conch, stacked lobe, daith and faux rook. I love their work! I won’t see anyone else and keep coming back for more! I completely trust Charlie’s opinion and expertise. Charlie is so fun, helpful, super gentle, honest, and patient! I have never felt rushed, even when I probably deserved it for my indecisiveness. You will feel like you’ve known them forever and can chat all day. Charlie has awesome energy and puts you at ease. You can feel that soon as Charlie opens the door to let you in. They explain everything no matter if it’s your first time or tenth. Tons of high quality jewelry options and a painless experience.
