She was very professional and really nice she made me feel so welcome. The cut I got was really beautiful and cut really well. I had Ms Lottie cut and blow dry my hair. She didn’t even touch my hair before she fully understood what I wanted done to my hair. And when she did cut my hair she cut it EXACTLY how I wanted it AND she kept asking if I was happy with her cutting my hair to a certain length (despite already checking with me beforehand). She didn’t give me the speech of “but you have split ends/dead ends that need to be cut off” she just did exactly what I asked her for and nothing else. She really took her time and made sure everything was how I wanted it to be. I would really REALLY recommend her!
