I have used the same stylist in Kent for 30 years so this was quite a nervous experience for me having recently returned back to Derby. Lydia was exceptional in all areas and made me feel very comfortable and welcome in the salon. Extremely happy with my cut and fix and especially impressed with the massage chair during my hair wash! My new goto salon for the next 30 years!!

I came in an hour earlier and was served immediately as they saud they have free slots. I did took an added service and was to pay for the product instead but with some miscommunication, the salon in house application treatment was waived so it was a very good offer. While i still got a nice haircut, i know i requested for shoulder length cut but it ended that it was shorter than what i expected..could have been more careful with the length :-) the receptionist was also kind to offer me a drink for the service i had to obtain.

I had such a great experience at Toni & Guy Derby today. Faye is incredibly talented from start to finish, she really listened to what I wanted and gave me the exact haircut I had in mind. The head massage was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The team was super warm and welcoming. Faye’s skills really show in her work she knows exactly what she’s doing. I am very happy with my haircut she truly is amazing!
