Every visit is a great experience—she listens to what I want while also offering her expert advice. Wow!! I had a magnificent experience!! Kaitlin is an incredible stylist and conversationalist! It was so much fun chatting with her as she worked on my hair. The process was so intricate: the bleaching/lifting, processing, washing, dyeing, and styling... she did amazingly and was so patient despite how much root growth I'd had! My hair came out absolutely beautiful, and Kaitlin made sure my hair was nice and healthy and soft!! Definitely recommend for a good conversation and hair care!
