Came in today with no appt. They got me in so fast despite it being busy! My nail tech was Lynn and she was so sweet and made sure everything was perfect! If I lived in Utah this would definitely be my go to nail salon. My friend recommended this place to me and I’m glad she did! If I’m ever in the area again I’m definitely coming back :)

I feel like it’s hard to find good nail salons that are clean, available, affordable, and do great work - but Universal Nails is all of those and more! I recently moved to Daybreak and made an apt. here on a whim for a girls pedicure date and it was so good. They got us in and seated quickly, and did fast quality work. The space is always so clean and calming, if there is music it isn’t too loud, or they have nice nature videos playing. It also isn’t too feminine of a space so being your man with you, or your kids for a kids pedi/mani. I have ended up coming back for gel pedicures, and acrylic sets/fills for the last few months and couldn’t be more happy. Don’t forget you can book online, but they also take walk-ins. If you’ve been searching for your new nail salon, Universal Nails is where it’s at!

12/2026: Just wanted to post an updated review since my first one in August :) I’ve been coming here every 4-6 weeks for dip nails and gel pedicures. Annie is exceptionally talented and efficient. I’ve had a few different people do my pedicures and they’re all amazing as well :) for reference here’s what my inspo photos for the color I wanted and here’s what I got. (Blue with unicorn chrome) I am truly BLOWN away by the customer service of this place. I recently moved here so this was my first time at the studio. I had gotten dip and a gel pedicure. *Pedicure was fantastic. Was given lengthly calf massage and even 3 weeks later now, the polish is essentially untouched. *What led me to writing this review, though, is the above and beyond customer service that the general manager, Annie, exhibited. For context: I had gotten dip just days before by another technician. The shape was not best.. honestly I was kind of embarrassed leaving the salon… but I am not one to complain and still tipped 20-25%. Where I got really disappointed was when 3 nails had broke just days later at the wedding I attended. I returned to the salon during my lunch period, where I met Annie. I was anticipating on having to explain myself on why they broke or even pay extra to get them fixed. However, Annie noticed the poor technique and I could see her dissatisfaction in the work the previous tech had done, which had led to 3 breaking so soon. Annie ended up fixing my nails and I have since gotten several compliments EVERY single day since!!! I will def. be returning now and be requesting Annie every time. This company is TRULY lucky to have such a great worker.

Came in and the service was top tier! The receptionist greeted me and I got taken care of right away. I requested for Annie and she did exactly what I was looking for! She is fast and precise with the nails and wants to make sure you get exactly what you want! Definitely coming back to Universal Nails !! Thank you!!
