I just had my second scalp treatment and massage with Sylvia, and all I can say is that it is an amazing experience. Sylvia is incredibly sweet and accommodating throughout the entire process, making you feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. The treatment itself is wonderfully relaxing, yet also incredibly effective. Your scalp is exfoliated, detoxified, and deeply massaged using a variety of specialized devices and nourishing infusions. It feels indulgent while also leaving your scalp refreshed and revitalized, lying the foundation for more robust hair growth. This is truly a special place, and I highly recommend treating yourself to this experience. You won’t regret it!

Unwind Spa offers an intimate and unique experience! From the moment I walked in and met Sylvia, I felt completely relaxed and transported into a refreshing escape for both head and mind. Her space is absolutely beautiful— clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed to create a one-of-a-kind sensory experience. The soothing scents, tranquil atmosphere, and gentle attention to detail instantly cleared my thoughts and helped me fully unwind. I felt comfortable, cared for, and all tingly from the special products/massage techniques she uses to give your scalp and hair a much needed "hair-lift!" Thank you, Sylvia!

I recently had a head spa experience with Sylvia, the owner of Unwind, and it was nothing short of perfect. I cannot say enough amazing things about Unwind Spa and my experience with Sylvia! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed. Her space is absolutely beautiful—spotless, calming, and filled with the most wonderful, soothing scent. I instantly felt comfortable and right at home. I had the best facial and scalp massage I have ever experienced. Sylvia has an incredible intuition for skincare—she knew exactly what my face needed and used the perfect products for my skin. One thing I truly appreciated was how peaceful the entire experience was. Sylvia remained quiet during the treatment, allowing me to fully relax without interruption, which made it even more special. Every detail was thoughtfully planned. From the heated bed, to the fuzzy socks she left for me so my feet wouldn’t get cold—those personal touches meant so much and made the experience feel extra luxurious. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, she sent me off with the sweetest goodie bag that included a candle and an adorable Christmas ornament. She also made sure I had a granola bar and water afterward, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. This was more than just a spa service—it was a truly relaxing, comforting experience. Thanks to my stepdaughter's Christmas gift certificate, I had the privilege of meeting Sylvia Etienne yesterday. I chose to use this gift certificate to receive the Hydra Infusion Facial and added the Dermaflash enhancement along with Dermaplaning. From the moment I arrived, Sylvia was super welcoming, friendly and attentive, making me feel very comfortable and at no time rushed. From the beginning, Sylvia asks if there were any medical or other things she should be aware of before starting which helped her to know for me personally what to avoid. Each step of the process was explained followed with "is that OK" and we proceeded. I've had several varying facials in my past and this was by far the absolute very best. I will definitely return to Unwind Head Spa as I have found my person while in Naples, Florida. You are incredible Sylvia and I look forward to trying other offered treatments in the future.
