New client experience: The booking process was online and simple. Followed by excellent customer service by phone, for confirmation. The service I recieved was carried out exceptionally well. I was nervous, having to find a new establishment for my esthetic needs. I have to say not only was my experience amazing, so are my results! I will be booking at viomedspa from here on out. I absolutely love this med spa! From the moment I walked in, the ambience was calm, welcoming, and spotless. The check-in and check-out process was seamless—so organized and efficient. Every team member was professional and kind, and you can tell cleanliness and patient comfort are top priorities here. Alex was incredible! so knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my Botox treatment. The results are beautiful and natural! I’ll definitely be back and will continue to recommend this place to all my friends.

Saw Brooke yesterday. Did fillers and some botox. She is excellent. Will definitely be a repeat customer. No bruising. Looks great today. Have been going to Apex dermatology. Wonderful improvement. Saved between $300-$400. They also have a membership program to save even more!

Excellent customer service! I see Danielle for facials; she’s highly knowledgeable and the facials are out of this world, I love the hydrafacial. I see Brooke for micro needling and she is so kind and also a wealth of knowledge for all things skin care. Their membership is well worth it. I’ve never had a single issue with this place in over a year of service.

I’ve been seeing Alex at VIO for monthly facials for the past five years, and I truly can’t imagine trusting my skin with anyone else. As someone with brown skin, it was incredibly important for me to find an aesthetician who genuinely understands all skin tones and skin types. Treatments that work for some people can easily cause damage or dark marks on melanin-rich skin if they’re not done properly. From day one, Alex made me feel completely confident that my skin was in the right hands. She is extremely knowledgeable about how to treat and care for diverse skin tones safely and effectively. Over the years, I’ve come to trust Alex so much that I basically take all of her skincare recommendations as law. I no longer experiment with random products from makeup and drug stores - I stick strictly to the medical-grade skincare she recommends, and my skin has never looked better. I originally sought out VIO for anti-aging treatments, but with Alex I’ve found so much more than that. Getting a facial with her has honestly become one of the highlights of my month. It’s relaxing, educational, and I always leave feeling like the best version of myself. While I’ve never struggled with acne, I’m definitely no stranger to the occasional breakout, and Alex always makes sure my skin stays clear, balanced, and glowing. She pays attention to every detail and addresses any concerns before they even become problems. I just had a facial today and my skin is absolutely glowing.
