We had top notch service from Natalie today. My lovely aunt is undergoing cancer treatment from out of state and was in dire need of some TLC. Natalie went above and beyond with scheduling us ASAP and giving extra relaxing scalp massage, hot towel treatment and beautiful styling. Not only is she an excellent stylist but a beautiful person.

Every experience I’ve had here has been amazing! It’s very peaceful, clean, welcoming salon. The reason I keep coming back though is for Bailey! I will never trust anyone else with my hair now- Bailey is extremely talented and knowledgeable and has left me with a cut I LOVE every single time. I usually come in with a rough idea of what I want but Bailey brings it to life in a way that is always better than I could have pictured. Not to mention she is so kind, accommodating, and enjoyable to be around. I’m so happy I found Bailey and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to change their hair for the better!!

Jess cut my hair and extensions today! She did an amazing job, amazing blend of the extensions and my hair! As you can see in the picture below! She is kind, patient and great at what she does! This was my first visit after calling around Ahwatukee to find someone who could work on extensions and 20 volume salon and spa did not disappoint! I will be back here from now on!

I feel very comfortable having my hair done at 20 Volume Salon and Spa. All the stylist are friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the safety measures they have in place. Both my son and I get our hair cut and styled by Mateo. He does an excellent job! Mateo is very skilled. He is patient and listens to what we have to say, answers our questions, and checks in with us throughout the haircut to make sure we are happy. I really appreciate the effort Mateo makes to make sure we are happy with our hair and our experience!

Mateo is outstanding! He has cut my hair twice now and both times he did an amazing job. I’m trying to grow my hair out and wasn’t sure how to have it cut or maintained to keep it looking great.
