if i could give 23rd street hair salon 10 stars, i would!! from the moment i reached out, to the moment i walked into the beautiful salon i felt so valued and appreciated. i sent a message wanting to change my hair completely and do a chocolate cherry hair color + a butterfly haircut and my stylist, Tina DELIVERED she was so sweet and knowledgeable and gave me exactly what i wanted but 10x better. Tina, your hands are magical not to mention how relaxing & fun this entire experience was! and lastly, the PRICES!!! they have some of the BEST pricing in New York City.
