Customer Reviews for 3D Kutz Barber Shop
Melicia Pastorek — 5/5 (via Google)
Derrick is a great barber, with all the experience, well spoken and just an overall good experience at 3D kutz. Has been cutting all my 3 boys and husbands hair for years. Haircuts used to be a dreadful experience or few and far in between for my oldest who’d rather have grown out his hair then let anyone touch it. Now he will only go to Derrick and reminds me he needs an haircut. I used to have to bribe him! Easy to book with online appointments and can usually get seen within the week. Walk-ins are welcome which is nice if you’re in a pinch, anyone who has a chair at 3D Kutz is also a good barber. Can’t go wrong at 3D Kutz.

3DKUTZ is the best place to get a haircut in town. Derrick has been cutting my hair for 15 years and still does an amazing job! Thank you always!

Derrick Montoya is a fine haircutter, as are the other barbers. 3D Kutz website is very easy to make appointments usually with little delay. The atmosphere of the shop is inviting and interesting - even for older guys.
Carl Shonrock — 5/5 (via Google)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Derrick Montoya at 3D Kutz is hands down the best barber in Albuquerque. I’ve been to a lot of shops in town, but no one matches Derrick’s precision, professionalism, and consistency. He takes the time to get every detail right — whether it’s a clean fade, a sharp beard line-up, or just making sure your cut fits your style perfectly. Derrick doesn’t just give a haircut, he gives you the confidence that comes with looking your best. The atmosphere at 3D Kutz is welcoming, laid-back, and professional — you know you’re in good hands the second you sit in his chair. Derrick has a natural talent, but also the experience and pride in his craft that makes every cut feel top-tier. If you’re looking for the best fade, taper, or haircut in ABQ, stop wasting time and book with Derrick. You won’t go anywhere else after.
