Love this salon. I've been going there for two years. The staff is great and welcoming. I go to Anna and have had a few others as well, all of them do a great job. Lucy does great nails and nail art. I would definitely recommend going to 9 nails for a manicure and pedicure.

They were able to accommodate me at the last minute. I had a full set already on that I got done at a different place. It was horrible, crooked and I had a broken nail. Tina not only fixed all the nail, she also fixed the broken one. My nails looked amazing and I felt great when I left. I found my forever nail salon.

I Called Nine Nails after sitting at another Nail salon close by for 2 hours without them attention with an appointment. When I called Nine Nails I was given a last minute appointment within the half hour. It was Extremely accommodating took the time to explain the different nail types and designs to my daughter so she would understand as well as me as the mom to make sure I was on board with everything. Lucy was my nail tech and let me say she went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She was so personable and patient with my daughter who is already exceptionally shy and struggles with speaking/talking on demand in social situations. This did not deter Lucy from softly engaging in the best way in order to make my daughter feel as comfortable as possible. I was extremely impressed and so pleased with how well she was able to covey information, wait for my daughter to provide feedback and then continued without any hiccups. It is truly amazing when your a mom of a child who struggles with social interactions and find someone who can connect and create an environment that can not only accommodate them in but allow them the space to independently WANT to engage! I’m thankful for having met Lucy! Not only for the BEAUTIFUL NAILS she did on my daughter but for her patience, work ethic, and humanity!! You’re EXCEPTIONAL!!!
