This was my first time here and I honestly can’t stress enough how amazing the service was. I came in the day before thinking they accepted walk-ins, but they actually don’t. Even so, the woman who helped me (I completely forgot to ask her name, but she knows who she is! I’ll be sure to ask on my next visit so I can update this) kindly booked me in for an appointment at the end of her day the next day, which was so thoughtful - especially since appointments are usually done online. The service itself was perfect, honestly even better than my usual waxer back home. She was so easy to talk to, which made the whole experience really comfortable. My eyebrows feel and look amazing, there is no irritation at all, and the whole appointment was super quick. I’ll definitely be coming back for the rest of my time in Bristol. Truly a great experience and thank you so much to the lady who did my eyebrows

Martina is my regular beauty therapist and i cannot begin to sing her praises enough! She is so very lovely and the best at what she does. ✨ I have regular biab’s with her and my nails have never been better! The health and condition of them are so much stronger than ever before and they are finally naturally long! 💅🏽 My waxes are always pretty painless, very efficient and thorough 👌🏼 Highly recommend this place as they offer high quality services and both Martina and the owner, Nat, are exceptionally welcoming!

Natalie, the owner, did an amazing job with my wax. As someone who is semi new to waxing, she made me feel relaxed and truly looked after. Natalie took her time to explain everything to me and was very generous with her time, yet so efficient! She's a true professional and you can tell she really cares about her work and clients. I highly recommend Natalie for first time waxers - I will definitely be back!

I had a spray tan with Jade who is brilliant. She is lovely and makes you feel so at ease. My tan turned out perfectly for my wedding and was so reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to anyone.
