We had a 9 a.m. appointment. I was about 10 mins late, so I called the shop. The gentleman who answered the phone sounded very surprised when I told him I had a 9 o'clock appointment. He said he was there and to come on. When I arrived, I expected it to be filthy and run down, as previous reviews had stated. The place was actually very clean and we'll organized. The owner directed my daughter to have a seat in the middle chair. She said her braider was coming on the bus and would be a bit late. She apologized and kept updating us on the wait time. The young lady arrived about 40 mins late, but she got to work as soon as she came in. At around 1 p.m., they all took a break to eat. I had no problem with that, I am an employee and I have a lunch break as well. They took about 10 mins to eat, and it was back to work. My daughter got the knotless box braids. Her charge was 250.00. It took about 9 hours. The young lady did an outstanding job. I will go back again. Update: I did indeed go back, and this time my daughter was serviced by the owner. Her braids were very "lumpy" and they were braided way too tight. She was unable to sleep that night and we ended up taking them out the same night. She had her braids in for less than 5 hours and already had bumping around her edges and her entire scalp was swollen and red. I never went back again. Just want to warn those who read my first review. Make sure you don't let the owner braid your hair. You will be bald by the time you take them out.

They do a great job you just have to make sure they are doing the style you asked for. Also they braid very tightly so make sure you let them k own if you have tender scalp. Their prices are a little higher than other braiding shops but they do good work overall.
