Had my first visit 2 weeks ago to have my locs washed and styled. Staff were friendly and attentive on arrival. I had a picture of the style I wanted for a friend's wedding, and Maia executed the style perfectly. She also advised the best products to use for my hair. I like this place as they use high quality products (my scalp can be sensitive) and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Let's just say there's a reason why this company has been standing for over 10 years. Great customer service, from when I called to book an appointment to the end of my appointment. The receptionist managed to squeeze me last minute which I really appreciated. Customer service, atmosphere, products etc all top tier. I believe the name has changed to 'Natural Hair & Loc Bar' but same location and same great knowledge.
