I went to Aeterna’s Soft lunch when they first opened and have been a member ever since! The Ambiance, the staff, and everything they offer has been wonderful. I’m able to get treatments that I wouldn’t have thought about getting before coming here. I highly recommend for anyone curious about skin care and doing things to make themselves feel better. This is your place!

Absolutely love coming here to treat myself once a month! The entire staff is beyond hospitable, professional, and knowledgeable on all of their products. Sam, Savannah, Tricia, and Myoma are the best! They have a true gift of making your inner beauty come out and making you feel seen and special. It’s well worth the 30 minute drive! Love this place so so much!

I had such an amazing experience today at this med spa. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. The atmosphere was beautiful, modern, and incredibly clean. Everything was explained so thoroughly from pricing to optional payment plans and I never once felt rushed or pressured. My nurse injector Kail was absolutely wonderful. She was so skilled, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all my questions about tox, laser treatments, and fillers. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about getting the best results. Sam at the front desk was also so kind and accommodating during check out. They even fit us in last minute and made room for both of us without making us feel like an inconvenience at all. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience, professional, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish. I will definitely be back again and would recommend this spa to anyone looking for high quality care and a relaxing environment.
Meg Walsh — 5/5 (via Google)
Kandice sat with me for over an hour, listening to and addressing all of my concerns about my aging skin. She was incredibly thorough, confident in her knowledge, and I felt very comfortable taking some first steps into the interventions we talked about. She had great before/after of the procedures she had performed, and this was very encouraging! The office was clean, efficient, not too much, and not too little. Highly recommend!!
Brynn Butler — 5/5 (via Google)
Truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the space feels elevated, calming, and thoughtfully curated. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive—taking the time to listen, educate, and ensure you feel completely comfortable and confident in every step of your treatment. The providers are highly skilled and meticulous, delivering natural, refined results that enhance rather than overpower. You can tell they genuinely care about precision, safety, and artistry. Every visit feels personalized, never rushed, and consistently exceeds expectations. If you’re looking for a medspa that blends luxury, professionalism, and outstanding results, Arterna Aesthetics is unmatched. Highly recommend!!
