I always feel like royalty when I come to get my hair done here. Mohan does the most perfect colour transformations, he can fix any colour issue like it’s the easiest thing in the world. My hair always looks and feels healthy and luxurious when I leave the salon. The other staff are absolute sweethearts as well, from the beautiful smiles and greetings at the front desk to the lovely ladies who wash my hair. I’m so glad I made the decision to stop doing my hair at home and getting budget haircuts - Alan Coban Burwood is worth every dollar 🤍

This is the place everyone should go for a hair glow up, positive energy and amazing customer service experience. Personally in the past i had horrible experience with hair dressers but this wonderful establishment bring back my faith. I want to shout out particularly Tina! Truly amazing, skilled and great with communication. I watched how she treats customers around her with respect and ease. Also the lovely lady who washed my hair (so sorry forgot the name) was so gentle and welcoming when I first walked in. I will tell my friends and family of this wonderful experience and will come back in the future 😊

Thanks God angels exist on earth to rescue me from ugly hair jobs done by a very cheap hairdresser! I’m so happy I came to Alan Coban, after the disaster! I had the most incredible experience at the salon with Mali, who did a nanoplasty treatment on my hair — and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, Mali made me feel comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted for my hair. He explained every step of the process in detail, which made me feel completely at ease. The results are beyond what I expected — my hair is unbelievably smooth, shiny, and healthy-looking. It feels like silk, and I can’t stop touching it! The frizz is gone, the texture is so soft, and styling it has become effortless. Mali is clearly a perfectionist in the best way possible — he took his time to make sure every strand was treated perfectly. On top of his amazing skill, he’s also so warm, kind, and genuinely passionate about what he does. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. If you’re thinking about getting nanoplasty or any kind of hair treatment, I can’t recommend Mali enough. He’s an absolute hair magician — I left the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and completely in love with my hair!
