I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Sandra was professional, kind, personable, friendly, and all around a joy to work with. She took my inputs and improve them it was willing to work with me to make sure I love the design before we started. During the entire process she was friendly and incredibly kind. Top it all off her artwork is amazing and I am truly in love with the piece! Her technique is phenomenal and her grayscale shading in particular is absolutely first class. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their first or their 50th tattoo!

Where do i even begin, Above The Rest Tattoo shop is Outstanding!!!!! I've been getting tattooed by Chris since 2013. He is very Professional & he is a very genuine person! His work is absolutely astounding & I'm in LOVE with all the artwork he has done on me. Now that I don't live in Alaska anymore, i will definitely travel 3,000 plus miles every year just to get another amazing tattoo from him. People ask me everyday about my tattoos that Chris has hand drawn on me & they are blown away with his artistry! Chris & everyone else at Above The Rest are very Friendly! I just moved here a year ago and was searching for a tattoo artist for a while. Chris is the absolute best! He’s done a few of my tattoos, to include my sleeve and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Not only is he an incredible artist, but he insures that you feel comfortable and happy with your Experience and your tattoos. Extremely friendly but also very professional. 10/10 highly recommend going to see him.
