In a brief summary... It was my first time. Took my 2 year old nephew. ... For me--- his customer service and the way he interacted with my nephew and made him feel comfortable was a plus for me. I will return for that reason alone. I am also satisfied with the haircut. Sidenote: I think his name is D - -he is all the way n the back ( his area stands alone- it faces the entrance).
