Steven did a spider tattoo on my hand and did an AMAZING job. He was very professional and he took his time making each line as crisp as possible. It turned out SOOOO good. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be going back!!!

I totally give a 5 star. Everything was five star. The shop wasn’t hard to find, great location by the way. It was clean comfortable and a cool chill atmosphere. And the best part about everything was NICOLE…. Amazing she was efficient, quick and educated on the services that she provides. I’ll be back soon for my own personal piercing🤭 she did this on my daughter and we are both happy customer.!!

TLDR I got 2nd lobe piercings here. Everyone's healing process is different I guess, but if I had just rinsed the piercings under the water in showers along with saline rinses and avoided q-tips I think my piercings might have healed a lot faster. Also maybe ask for earrings with longer posts when you first get the piercing if the ones they offer are not that long. And it may or may not take much longer than 6-8 weeks for them to heal. I got my 2nd lobe piercings here July 2025 and was told that in 6-8 weeks I would be able to change the jewelry. The aftercare routine they recommended to me was q-tips and saline wound wash 2x a day. I did this for the 8 weeks as instructed (though cut it down to 1x a day for the cleanings since I was going through a full bottle of saline a week) and my piercing was very much not healed. I did some googling and saw varying answers on how long the healing process takes so I continued to clean the piercings with the q-tips and just tried to wait it out. After 4 months I noticed a wild looking bump and bleeding on the back of one of the piercings one day so I went back to the piercer to get it checked out. I told them how long it had been and they remarked how the piercing should have been healed by that point. They were able to clean it off and recommended me a product for irritation bumps, they also threw out the earrings and replaced them with ones with longer posts and butterfly backs since they said the flat backs were irritating the piercings (odd since when I did research online I was reading that flat backs are supposed to cause less irritation). They had said the product they recommended was "$6 on amazon" (it is $9.85) and I ordered it elsewhere but found that by the time it arrived a week later the bump was gone anyway so I just returned it. I have also read that butterfly backs are not good so I replaced them with small silicone backs when I got home that day. I paid $16 for the earring change which I kind of thought would be free but it's fine. Anyway since getting the longer posts and using silicone earring backs, avoiding q-tips and just rinsing the piercings with shower water (or saline if it's bleeding or something), I feel like the healing process has been going much better. Maybe it's the changes, maybe it's the amount of time, maybe it's both. I was reading online that it takes 6-8 *months* for lobe piercings to heal so I feel like in general the advice they gave me both times I came here was kind of misguided. I'm not mad about the experience but feel neutral/mildly disappointed I guess. I'm glad the piercings did not get infected. It seems like the piercings are doing okay now and in a month it will have been 6 months so hopefully by then I will be able to finally change the earrings without worry.

My partner and I have come here a few times and have had an amazing experience each time! Steven Jones was so nice and conversational! He did a great job on both our tattoos! We will definitely be coming back!
