I seriously cannot say enough good things about All the Things Med Spa. Their customer service is a 10/10-truly. From the second you walk in, you feel welcomed and taken care of. I’ve done IV therapy, lip filler, Botox and facials there, and every single experience has been amazing. The results always look natural, and I completely trust them. My teenage daughter even gets her facials there, and she loves it too-they’re so great with her. Michelle, Courtney, Chrisy and Pat-honestly the whole team is incredible. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and just genuinely love people. You can tell they really care about their clients and take pride in what they do.  I can’t imagine going anywhere else. If you’re in Flower Mound, Lewisville, Highland Village area and looking for the best med spa, this is it. Hands down.  They even laugh at my jokes which is amazing as well.

All The Things I am so happy to leave this review I had not had a Botox appt in a few years due to fertility treatments, pregnancy and breastfeeding but was finally able to treat myself for my 35th birthday. My former injector is in Pennsylvania so I knew it was finally time to find a place here in town. I called a few places, checked out their social media accounts, and scoured review after review. After checking All The Things out on Instagram and Google I knew that it was the kind of place that I wanted to be at. It was so easy to make an appointment. These ladies had big shoes to fill but they exceeded my expectations. On the day of I was a couple of minutes early but the spa was easy to find and there was ample parking. I was greeted by Michele, the office manager, who showed me around the gorgeous, luxurious and clean spa (former spa manager so this is a huge deal to me) - and explained all of the different treatment options available to their clients. I was making a wishlist in my head while she showed me around, and the introduction to the spa put me at ease. All of the pre botox jitters were gone less than halfway through the tour. My favorite thing about Michele was that you could just tell that she really believed in all they’re doing at the spa, she loves her job, and that she brings the fun everywhere she goes. She was so attentive and kind and I even received a birthday gift and refreshments while I waited for my appointment. It was the best new spa greeting I’ve had to date. I didn’t even bother checking my phone I was so in the zone there. Then, I had the pleasure of meeting Courtney who is actually sunshine in woman form I am convinced. She was so kind, and upbeat. You could feel the goodness radiating off of her. She was extremely knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I wanted. She made me feel so comfortable and I knew that she would only recommend what I needed. I had full faith that I was in completely competent and experienced hands with Courtney. These two ladies are definitely girl’s girls and they’re the type of women you’d want in your circle. I will 1 million percent be back for more treatments. I am so happy to have found All The Things Med Spa and cannot sing their praises enough!

Have seen Courtney a couple times and she is super sweet and knows what she’s doing! Love her outgoing personality and how she cares and wants the best results for you. Whole office is very welcoming and kind which can be hard to find. Definitely go check them out you won’t be disappointed!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! I’ve been coming to All The Things for a few years now & I have never had any complaints. The entire staff is the most caring & genuine group of women. I was so worried about starting my Semaglutide journey but Michelle, Courtney & Chrisy have seriously made me feel so comfortable and confident in my own skin. Also shoutout Courtney for being the amazing lip artist that she is!❤️

I recently had a Hydrafacial with Chrisy and it was one of the best facial experiences I have ever had. I have been receiving facials for nearly a decade at different spas, and this treatment truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and valued. Her bedside manner was exceptional, professional, kind, and reassuring, and she explained each step in a way that was clear and informative without ever feeling overwhelming. My skin looked and felt amazing afterwards, but what impressed me most was the overall experience. Chrisy went above and beyond to ensure the treatment was tailored to my needs, and I left not only with glowing skin but also with a real sense of care and confidence. The entire team at the spa is warm and welcoming, but Chrisy made this visit exceptional. I highly recommend booking a facial with her if you want outstanding results and a provider who genuinely cares.
