The salon is always clean and spotless. All the stuff are very friendly and professional. I have a lot of hair and very thick and I always had a problem finding a hairdresser who knows how to cut my hair. Sayo is amazing. I love her hair cuts. I thought I would never be able to have a short hair cut but I do now because Sayo's hair cut skill! I highly recommend her !

I visited alpha hair salon yesterday with brassy dark blonde hair wanting grey. Mina (my hair stylist) was honest and gentle. I loved the fact that she was honest with colour achievement and showed concern with how my damaged the outcome of my hair would be. Mina dyed, cut, washed and styled my hair and checked in for feed back once in a while Prices are very very reasonable especially being in CBD, the salon was clean and quiet -- it's off Pitt street (upstairs) I felt like it was an exclusive hair salon as you would have to look for it. The team was extremely friendly, they offered tea. I would definitely recommend! I loved the services and experience

This is a popular salon so it is best to make an appointment a month in advance to ensure you get your desire timeslot. I have visited this salon twice for balayage and colour and was pleased with the service and the results. They even offer tea while I got my hair done. All their staffs are super friendly. Highly recommended.

Sayo has been managing my hair style for the past 13 years, very professional, she not only does hair cut, but also gives me lots of tips on how to manage hair styles every day like a pro. The salon is peaceful with music, staff are very friendly. It has been good experience on every visit.
