We had Kate do 4 cartilage piercings for us and she was absolutely amazing. So friends and professional and informative. I will send everyone to her! All of the staff at Alter Ego was great. It’s a very happy place!

Came in to get my daughter's corkscrew nose piercing swapped out for a flat back. We were in and out quickly, everything was very clean and sterile, and the woman who swapped her piercing out made her feel comfortable (my daughter was a little nervous). Would definitely come back here!

This is our second visit to see Amanda for a piercing. She is just wonderful and makes you feel at ease. The best part is how warm/ cozy but totally clean and sterile everything is. If you need a piercing there's no one else in the greater Pittsburgh area I'd recommend more!
Haley Saunders — 5/5 (via Google)
TOTALLY SAVED MY BAD CARTILAGE AND LOBE PIERCINGS. Kate is clearly a genius in her trade and she was nothing short of AMAZING getting me out of the wrong earrings and into the right (affordable) ones. She spent a lot of time talking through the current state of my piercings, my options for moving forward, and pretty much everything to do with my ears and the piercings. She took safety SO seriously and it clearly is the biggest part of her job - making sure she treats her customers safely (second I would assume is giving them bada$ piercings like she does). I was a very low money client but I was treated like a queen. Y’all just made a customer for life and I recommend EVERYONE who has ANY piercing need to come here. Because they will know what you’re talking about and treat you RIGHT!
