Such a beautiful studio with a great vibe. They specialise in organic keratin treatments and absolutely nail it — super professional and worth it. My hair felt smooth, healthy, and amazing after. I’m a returning customer 🫶🏻 Would 100% recommend. ✨

Andrew genuinely does my hair to perfection every single time. I’ve now been to him 7 times in a row – which is more than I’ve ever stuck with any other hairdresser – and that says everything! He’s so consistent, really listens to what I want, and always leaves my hair looking healthy, glossy and exactly how I imagined. Bobby has also done my hair before and was equally brilliant. They’re both amazing at explaining the keratin treatment properly, talking through aftercare, and making sure you understand how to maintain the results. I always leave with a fresh, healthy trim and hair that feels incredible. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now 🤍

16.02.2026 I had a good experience at this salon in December 2025. I have mixed afro curly hair. I have had other keratin treatments at other salons. This is the first treatment that did not smell strongly so I believe it is organic as stated. Usually, (in other salons) I need a towel to cover my face as the smell is so strong while blow drying it stings my nose and throat. But this salon there was no toxic smell, the door was able to be closed which in other salons the door has to be open due to the smell. I noticed this while waiting and watching another lady getting her treatment completed. Two months later (now February), I still get compliments even when I just blow dry my hair. The salon provide a very detailed email beforehand about the process and what you need to do before and after including products you can buy in Boots or even Amazon for a reasonable cost. They also give you a folder with information when you arrive, so you know what you're getting. No other salon has ever done this. They also make it clear that an additional cash charge is payable for hair below the jawline which is fair enough. I don't expect to pay the same as someone with 2/3's less hair than me. Plus the Groupon price was a very good deal anyway. So you would only complain if you expect to get life for free. I recommended the salon to my friend and she has been now. My hair has grown quite quickly so I will be looking to return in a week or so. They do not apply the product to the scalp so you don't get a dry, irritable scalp. My hair is still soft where it was applied and I can feel the difference when I touch my roots coming through. I think it was Robert I saw (may be wrong), he checked how much I was comfortable getting trimmed and did exactly that. All in all, I think the Groupon price is reasonable. There is no customer toilet but I went to the pub next door (which is friendly) beforehand for lunch and went whilst in there. From what I could see, other customers were able to easily go to the cafe or pub either side of the salon with ease when needing the loo. A lady came in just after me and we finished around the same time. It was great to see her transformation. Her hair looked so good after her treatment. I will add pictures on my next visit as the salon took photos but I forgot to.

I’m extremely happy with my keratin treatment! My hair feels smooth, shiny, and manageable. The frizz is completely gone, even in humidity. My hair feels healthy and soft. The results look natural and have lasted beautifully. I would recommend this treatment and this salon.

100% recommend, I've had amazing results from my first treatment, this treatment is safe to have during pregnancy as their keratin does not contain formaldehyde and methylene glycol (or any other harmful ingredients), and therefore it's better for you and your hair overall compared to other keratin treatments. I have had Keratin treatments / Brazilian blow-dries at other salons for an extortionate amount of money, the chemicals were so strong that I would have a headache and feel dizzy afterwards. This treatment was not like that, it gets a bit steamy, but that's all! As this method of treatment was not similar to what I'd been used to I was worried when I left the salon, as while the keratin is still sitting on your hair for 24hrs it feels very dry and crunchy, but TRUST THE PROCESS! As soon as you wash it out the following day you have silky smooth Lucious hair. I've just booked in for my 2nd appointment and can't wait for the results.
