This was my second time getting lashes in preparation for my wedding and I love them so much. They're hybrid, voluminous, and I'm having great retention. This is 4 days later in the photo. I did have a bit of irritation in one of my eyes but that was on me as I got them wet a little early and the glue caused some dry eyes but that was entirely on me.

I went in to inquire about a lash lift and the manager Kirsten was so polite and extremely knowledgeable. The studio was clean and very well kept. I cant wait for my first lash lift service :)

The girl who did my lashes was very sweet and professional, but the quality of the materials was not at all what I was expecting. I was told these would last about 2-3 weeks and they didn’t even last 2 days. I had a reference photo for how I wanted them to be don’t and confirmed before beginning that they would be don’t like the photo. They ended up way longer and fuller than what I wanted. Initially it looked like I had a hand broom pasted to my eyelid which is exactly what I asked for it to NOT look like before starting. . I said I wanted them pretty full, not very long and conservative looking. $14plus tip later and less that 36 hours after having them done I came to the facility to pay another $35 to have them removed before my work shift at 9am. . It said they opened at 8 am on the maps listing and no one was there until 8:45 (which the door did say they opened at 9:00, but I did not see the door until I got here at 8am. About 25% of the lash clusters (not even individual lashes) fell out after the first 12 hours, and within 36 hours about half of them had fallen off of one side and the other had only a few still in tact at all. I followed all the care instructions, no water, oil, lotion or soap on or around them since I got them. Busy most of them have already fallen off anyway. I’m very disappointed. I was really hoping that this would be worth the money, I signed up for a membership and everything and had already rebooked my fill appointment for 2 weeks from now, but there is hardly any lashes left less than 2 days later. Their customer service however is really good. They couldn’t refund my initial investment but applied a credit if I ever wanted to get a different service done there. And they did not charge me for the removal of the remainder of the lashes.
