Sofia I believe is her name did an amazing job at my acrylic overlay. Super gentle and fast. Loved her work. She gave me a small hand massage after that I didn’t know I needed. Usually go to the location on Diversey but on this particular day they were closed so I decided to go to the different one and found the service to be way better than what I imagined.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over two years, and even after moving farther away, I still make the trip because it’s completely worth it. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating with scheduling. My nail tech, Josie, is truly amazing—she goes above and beyond for her clients, paying close attention to every detail of the design you want and even creating her own hand-drawn designs. She also takes care of my ingrown nails at every visit and always offers to help if one starts bothering me before my appointment. The customer service here is exceptional, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
