I had a really lovely experience last Tuesday at Andre Pierre. I was in the area after dropping my daughter off for an appointment nearby and was looking for somewhere to get my hair washed and blow-dried. I called to see whether they had availability because they had great reviews, and they had a slot later that day. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. I arrived a little early and, while waiting, had my eyebrows threaded in the salon and was offered a hot chocolate, which was a really nice touch. Tasha was my stylist and she was friendly and professional. She gave my hair a thorough wash and blow-dry and managed to get it really straight. As I was getting braids the next day, I didn’t need any additional styling, but she still took the time to explain the products she was using and gave me advice on how to care for my hair and what products to use. Overall, such a welcoming and professional experience. I would definitely return to this salon.

Wow! It was my first time and I had the most amazing silk press experience at this salon! From start to finish, the service was top-tier !! warm, professional, and super relaxing. My hair came out so smooth, shiny, and bouncy… I literally can’t stop touching it! 😍✨ They took such great care of my hair and made me feel pampered the whole time. I had such an amazing experience at this hair salon. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and truly taken care of. Today I had my roots and highlights done, and the whole experience was fantastic. André’s customer service is absolutely outstanding. He is attentive, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and well looked after. His level of service is something I rarely experience. I’m 40 years old and have been going to hair salons for about 30 years, so I’m speaking from a lot of experience. André’s customer care is truly exceptional and stands out from any salon visit I’ve had before. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would.. but since I can only give five, he definitely deserves all five stars. Highly recommend! 🙏❤️
