Wonderful job on my manicure. I would love to see a more welcoming environment. It was my first visit, and maybe it is a difference in culture, but it felt abrupt. Although I could see by the interaction of the customer next to me that they can be quite friendly (obviously a regular customer) as they were discussing their children, showing photos, etc. I have zero complaints about the work done, but would have enjoyed a bit more interaction. They PREFER cash so just a heads up on that. Overall for the service & final product, it was a good visit.

Honestly the best nail experienced I've ever had in Paducah, Kentucky. It was my first time in, and I found the little area to sit, and pick nail colors, was super comfy. There was a wait but I didn't mind cause I was not only comfortable, but the nice soothing music kept me feeling calm. I had brought in a terrible set of nails done by another Paducah nail salon, (they were thick and wavy...) and Emily went to town fixing them. She did such a great job that it is hard to tell that the nails I have on are acrylic instead of the thinner dip. And I chose a pretty neat color switch chrome color... Which turned out better than I can even explain. I will have to give this place a super high rating on the Rikki Recommends rating scale. I've never had a better nail job.
