The basic pedicure is perfect for keeping one's toes healthy; and, at half an hour, it is easy to fit into one's schedule. The area is well lit and calm. There is room to work with several clients at once, but it was quiet during my visit. There is instrumental music, and there is also a television with the sound off. It was kind of fun to listen to relaxing music while watching an HGTV rerun. The pedicure chair has a massage function, which was nice. While I did not get polish, there were lots of colour options available. Special thanks to my nail technician for rectifying some problem toenails. His work was efficient and thorough; and, my feet felt better immediately. I appreciate the extra work and I look forward to maintaining my foot health with regular visits. Note: There is a 2% surcharge for using a credit card.

I love a business that puts its customers first. I made an appointment and went in on Thursday to get a pedicure went with the organic deluxe and while it was technically done well it felt rushed (the technician seemed more interested in talking to other people or talking me into adding a manicure than doing all of the steps... compared to the last time I was there it took less time even though I upgraded to a higher level, and I didn't get all of the scrubs and massages that the last pedicure had). I did end up going for the manicure. Throughout my pedicure, I changed from a regular gel polish (because my nails were on the short side) to a dip because he said he could add tips to add a little extra length, but still keep them shorter. I said OK and picked a color. The receptionist noted that I'd need a base pink under the sparkle color I picked to make it look the same as the sample but the technician said he had one at his station--Ok, all good. Got to his station and he starts in, no tips. I didn't think much of it, maybe now that he was looking up close they were long enough? He goes to pull out the pink he has but stops and takes a few minutes looking at other pinks on the wall and even consulting with his neighbor and ultimately just uses the sparkle as is, nothing underneath I assume that they've decided it has enough pigment and doesn’t need anything underneath. He does the dip, I go wash my hands and sit back down expecting some more buffing and cuticle work as I've had done at other places. Nope! He says we're all done and to go pay. At this point the receptionist is the first person to ask what I thought of the color (the technician never asked about color, shape, etc. He didn't really talk to me at all, just to his coworker next to him and another customer next to me that he must have known) and so I took a good look and realized that the color was transparent in the light from the window just as the receptionist said it would be and without the nude/pink under it the sparkle was more peach/orange than pink and I told her so. Unfortunately I had to get to work so I paid and left. Here's why this is a 5-star review. Less than 5 minutes later the receptionist calls me. She went and talked to the owners and they had her call me to schedule a time to come back in. She could have just let it go with my comment that it was OK, but she didn't. I came back today, soaked off everything that was done yesterday and the owner redid them for me. Ended up going for a different dip that wouldn't need a color underneath, but even so this was a complete 180! While soaking off I noticed the customer next to me (getting a basic regular polish manicure) was getting a hand massage that looked amazing and I was jealous... where was that yesterday with my manicure that cost 2x what she just paid?! The owner added the tips (which I paid for since I wasn't charged for yesterday) and redid my dip manicure. It looks so beautiful! Beyond the color and length difference, just look at the polishing/buffing/smoothness of today's manicure and the cuticles today vs. yesterday--so much better! The edges are clean, there aren't any uneven areas or ridges or bumps. The cuticles were actually taken care of and then oiled so they look better than when I came in (vs. yesterday when they looked worse after my manicure). I 100% will be back when it's time for a redo (I will just be sure to request NOT to have Danny for any of my services).

Had a broken nail on my thumb after just 3 days. Called for best time then when the got there 10 minutes late asked if I had appt I told them hem I had called around 11am and I thought Kim was the person who had done my nails so he set me up for 3:15 pm. Had to wait because it was Justin who had, he was busy but got me worked in after telling his client that I had to have a fix then went back to her while my gel was drying & again while my polish dried. She seemed ok with it & I was done in about 1/2 hour.

This place is wonderful. The staff are friendly, I can easily book appts right online. They have fair prices and I've never had anyone do less than a fantastic job on my nails. Lily is my favorite, but she is a busy girl. My SNS dip lasts flawlessly for more than 3 weeks if I can't get in earlier. This is the ONLY place I will go.
