From the relaxing ambience and top-tier customer service to the thoughtful amenities and undeniable talent, every detail exceeded my expectations. Went to the portage trail location for my birthday for a dip manicure and spa pedicure with regular polish, and I LOVED the entire experience. They did my nails exactly the way I wanted. The shop was sanitary, clean, friendly staff. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. I had a different tech for each service and they both did phenomenal jobs. I felt pampered and beautiful when I left and I will absolutely be returning! The sugar scrub for the pedicure smells amazing!! Their pricing is great as well. Also, if you’re in the mood for it, you can have an adult beverage while they pamper you! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Pictures don’t do the color justice- it’s so sparkly and beautiful 😍😍
