I’ve been coming here for a while now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I first came after having a nightmare colour at another salon and needing my hair fixed. My hair has gone from scarecrow to Hollywood and I’m really happy about it! The quality of the cut and colour is consistently excellent, it’s great quality and somehow they manage to be less than half the price of most salons in the area. They do great treatments and blowdrys which normally I wouldn’t pay for but they are at a price point where I don’t feel too guilty spoiling myself. I have recommended it to pretty much everyone I know. The team, particularly Joana, are genuinely friendly and thoughtful in a way that feels relaxed and real. They remember you, they’re easy to talk to - so it’s obvious why so many people keep coming back. If you want honest advice, they’ll give it to you. Best of all they don’t upsell or pretend something will work if it won’t. It’s also one of the few places where turning up with a baby or a dog doesn’t feel like a problem. They’re welcoming, accommodating and incredibly patient. Add to that a complimentary tea or coffee every visit and it just feels…civilised and like you are at a friend’s house. All in all : my hair has gone from 0/10 to 10/10, very fair prices, no nonsense, and a pleasant atmosphere. For great hair and feeling relaxed. I would recommend 100000000% ❤️❤️❤️

One of the best hair dresser's i have been to in Chelsea. The team are so lovely, friendly and very welcoming. I came here for a wash and blow dry and cut yesterday. Kyko was so lovely, he washed my hair, massaged and gave me a trim. Aga is so lovely she gave me haircut repaired my uneven hair length. I was so happy with the service and i was given compliments at work today. thank you so much Aga and Kyko. I will be back again.

Francesco was absolutely lovely and made the whole haircut experience relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. He cut my 11-year-old’s hair first and was so patient, kind, and attentive, really taking the time to listen to what was wanted. He then advised me to have a haircut as well, and I’m so glad I listened – he clearly knew exactly what he was doing and transformed my hair beautifully. The attention to detail was excellent, and we both left feeling very happy and confident. Thank you so much, Francesco – we will definitely be back In 4 months just as you advised!
