I went to Any Hair Braiding for smedium knotless braids. The appointment took about 4 hours, which was very reasonable, and at first glance my braids looked amazing. The parts were clean and the overall style looked great. I paid $265 which I also felt reasonable. Before leaving, I mentioned a small concern about some of the lengths matching up when they were finishing the ends. After a few days, I noticed a little unevenness and a few braids that were slightly different sizes. I decided to go back to the shop to address it. The woman who I believe is the owner or manager immediately sat me down, looked at my hair, explained what she saw, and cut out the section that needed to be redone. She did not question me or dismiss my concerns. She simply listened and fixed the issue right away at no extra cost and with no wait. That level of accountability means a lot. Because of how they handled it, I would definitely recommend them.
