After a really disappointing experience at another nail salon, I came to Art Nails feeling frustrated and honestly just hoping someone could fix my nails. I had gone somewhere else earlier that day where everything was rushed like the shape, the French tips, and the flower design I asked for were all poorly done. My nails came out crooked, uneven, and nothing like the photo I showed. Thankfully, this salon was able to get me in quickly, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Helen. She was kind, professional, and is incredibly talented. She took her time fixing what the previous salon messed up and gave me exactly what I originally wanted. I left completely happy .I’m beyond grateful for the quality of service and care I received here. Helen and the owner David truly saved the day! I’ll definitely be returning.

After going to another salon on the northeast side for almost 5 years, I finally had enough when I developed a fungus under my nails for the second time. I've been on a prescription antifungal medication for 3 months now, so I finally ventured out to a salon closer to home. They were gentle. They were professional. I was not rushed in/out. My nails look great. Very pleased.
