I’ve been a loyal client at Art Threading & Spa for over three years, Pujan is amazing!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience here, especially with my lash extensions and brow services. To start, I am extremely particular about my eyebrows. I’ve gone to many places over the years where my brows were over-threaded, uneven, or simply not listened to. That has never been the case here. My eyebrow threading is always done with precision, care, and intention. She takes her time every single visit, checks in, and makes sure my brows are shaped exactly how I like them. Consistency matters to me, and she has been consistently excellent. Now, my lashes!!! Finding someone who truly knows how to do lash extensions well is not easy, especially in this area. I tried lashes years ago when they were more common and affordable, but I always had issues: discomfort, poor retention, irritation, or lashes falling out within a week or two. That completely changed once I found her!!! She is top-tier when it comes to lash extensions. She always talks through what I want, checks length and fullness preferences, and makes adjustments based on my feedback. The setup is clean, calm, and comfortable. She thoroughly cleans and preps my lashes before starting, which makes a huge difference!! not only for comfort, but for retention. Her attention to hygiene and detail is very clear. During appointments, she is incredibly mindful of comfort. She makes sure I’m settled, relaxed, and ready before starting. Some days we chat and have the best conversations; other days I put my headphones on and rest and she fully respects that. I’ve fallen asleep during appointments more times than I can count 😆because it’s that comfortable. I’ve even joked that I’ve probably snored a few times, and it’s never been an issue. She lets clients fully relax and never rushes anyone out. The environment itself is always calm and well-managed. Even when it’s busy, it never feels chaotic or overwhelming. Appointments are handled thoughtfully, the space stays quiet, and customer service is consistently warm and professional. Everyone is greeted kindly, and there’s a clear sense that she values her clients’ experience. One of the biggest reasons I remain a loyal client is how long my lashes last. This alone sets her apart. My lash extensions last weeks! often close to a month, with minimal shedding. Most of my appointments are fills because I still have so many lashes intact. She even comments on it herself when I come in. The lashes look natural, feel lightweight, are never itchy or heavy, and I constantly receive compliments from people who assume they’re my real lashes. Beyond the technical skill, she is just a genuinely good person. She’s kind, attentive, and truly cares about her clients. 🥹Over the past year, I went through a medical situation that caused me significant pain, and she was incredibly accommodating and compassionate. She checked in with me, adjusted as needed, and offered encouragement that meant more than she probably realizes. That level of care is rare💕 She is also very accessible and communicative. I can text her anytime, and she always responds honestly and promptly. If she can’t fit me in right away, she tells me exactly when she can. Sometimes I can even do a walk-in, and other times she makes space when she’s able. That flexibility, paired with professionalism, is something I truly appreciate. After three years, I can confidently say this: Art Threading & Spa reflects the care, skill, and integrity of the woman who runs it. The quality of service, cleanliness, consistency, and overall experience speak for themselves. I trust her completely with my brows and lashes, and I recommend her without hesitation. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, prioritizes comfort and cleanliness, listens to their clients, and delivers long-lasting, beautiful results..this is the place.

I love Art and Threading and Spa! I get my eyebrows laminated and threaded here, and they do a great job every time. The staff is professional, gentle, and takes their time to make sure my brows look neat and well shaped. The space is clean and welcoming, and the service is always consistent. I highly recommend them for brow lamination and threading.

I’ve been coming here consistently for the past 4 years for eyebrow threading. The shaping is always precise and flattering they truly understand how to work with your natural brow rather than over-thinning or over-arching. The results are clean, balanced, and beautifully defined every time.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of service provided during my recent visits for threading, waxing, and tattoo laser removal. The team is highly professional, attentive, and consistently takes the time to explain each step of the process, which immediately put me at ease. The clinic is immaculate, well organized, and maintains very high standards of hygiene, which is especially important for these types of treatments. The threading and waxing were carried out with great precision and care, delivering excellent results with minimal discomfort. The practitioner performing my tattoo laser removal is clearly very knowledgeable, providing thorough consultations, realistic expectations, and careful aftercare instructions at every session.
