Honestly, the best salon I’ve ever visited! I’ve had some less than enjoyable times at hairdressers, a mixture of being dissatisfied, disappointed and mildly annoyed! Well, that all changed today. Seriously, Maisie, my colourist, was amazing! She listened to everything I said, talked me through my options and even more than that took my hair from the abysmal state it was in to EXACTLY the colour I wanted! Jasmine, my stylist, again listened, gave me options and delivered EXACTLY what she promised! Honestly, these two blew me away. I am so incredibly grateful to both of them. They were so kind, friendly, interesting and engaging along with both being massively talented. The salon has such a lovely, welcome feel to it. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, which I have done many a time in other chain salons! I will definitely be returning and quite honestly…that never happens! I can’t praise the team and salon highly enough. Thank you!

Jasmine was so attentive and made Ruby feel so special with drinks, treats, and a lovely head massage. We’ve already booked her next appointment — and I’ll be booking myself in too!
